UCSL Recruitment 2026 – Eligibility Criteria
- Office Assistant:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Arts (other than Fine Arts/Performing Arts) / Science / Commerce / Business Administration / Computer Applications with minimum 60% marks
- Minimum 2 years post-qualification experience in administrative tasks, data entry, record keeping, report generation and file management
- Desirable: Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, SAP
- Draftsman (Mechanical):
- Three-year Diploma in Mechanical / Marine / Naval Architecture Engineering with minimum 60% marks
- 2 years experience in design and drafting of Machinery / Hull / Pipe / Accommodation outfit ship systems in a Shipyard or related commercial establishment
- Desirable: Proficiency in AutoCAD
- Draftsman (Electrical):
- Three-year Diploma in Electrical / Electrical & Electronics / Instrumentation & Communication Engineering with minimum 60% marks
- 2 years experience in design and drafting of electrical systems for ships
- Desirable: Proficiency in AutoCAD
- Technician (Electrical):
- SSLC + ITI (NTC) + NAC in Electrician trade
- Minimum 2 years post-qualification experience as Electrician in shipbuilding / ship repair / engineering / electricity generation or distribution company (Substation, HT/LT switchgear, transformers, electrical equipment maintenance)
- Store Keeper:
- Graduate with Post Graduate Diploma in Materials Management OR Three-year Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics / Mechatronics / Marine / Shipbuilding)
- Minimum 2 years post-qualification experience in storekeeping in Shipyard / Engineering Company / Government or Semi-Government / Commercial Establishment
