Degree from a recognized university, qualified as a Company Secretary and having a valid membership from ICSI.Experience: In addition to having sufficient expertise handling board matters and dealing with SEBI, the Stock Exchange, etc., the candidate should have three (3) years of total work experience as a designated company secretary, ideally in a listed business.
(CS) -Intermediate passed
1. Degree from a recognized university, 2. ICSI (Inter-Executive level) passed.Experience: Minimum one year experience.
