Deputy Vice President Level
- DVP – Head Analytics & AI: M.E / B.E / B.Tech in Computer Science / MCA + Minimum 20 years relevant experience in Software solutions (out of which minimum 5 years in Banking Domain) with expertise in Advanced Analytical Models, Model validation and fine-tuning
Assistant Vice President Level
- AVP – IT Infrastructure (Lead Systems/Servers): M.E / B.E in CS / IT / MCA + Minimum 10 years experience (out of which 5 years as Lead System/Server Admin). Strong exposure to Server, Storage, Database, Network, Active Directory, VMware, OpenShift/Kubernetes etc.
- AVP – Data Scientist / Statistician (Head Analytics & AI/ML): Bachelor’s or Master’s in CS / IT / AI & ML / Statistics / Mathematics / MCA or related + Minimum 10 years in Data Science / AI / ML / Analytics (preferably BFSI) with at least 5 years in leadership role. Ph.D. desirable
Manager Level
- Manager – Data Center Manager: B.E / B.Tech in CS / IT / MCA + Minimum 5 years in Datacenter (out of which 2 years as Data Center Manager), preferably Banking/FinTech
- Manager – Senior Software Engineer (Data Science / Statistics / ML): Bachelor’s or Master’s in CS / IT / AI & ML / Statistics / MCA + Minimum 5 years in Software Engineering / Data Science / ML / AI
- Manager – Senior Software Engineers (Programmers/Developers): Bachelor’s or Master’s in CS / IT / ECE / EEE / Software Engineering / AI & ML / MCA + Minimum 5 years in software development (preferred BFSI)
- Manager – Senior Software Engineer (Testing & QA): Same as above + Minimum 5 years experience
- Manager – Software Engineer (Data Analyst with AI/ML Modelling): Bachelor’s or Master’s in CS / IT / AI & ML / AI & DS / MCA + Minimum 5 years in Data Analytics / Data Science / AI/ML
Assistant Manager Level
- AM – Server / Network & Security / Cloud Administrators: B.E / B.Tech in CS / IT / MCA + Minimum 2 years relevant experience (preferably Banking/FinTech)
- AM – Software Engineer (Programmers/Developers): Bachelor’s or Master’s in CS / IT / ECE / EEE / Software Engineering / AI & ML / MCA + Minimum 2 years in software development
- AM – Software Engineer (Oracle Fusion): Same + Minimum 2 years in Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation / development / support. Oracle University training desirable
