B.Sc/ Three years DMLT from the recognized university with one year of post-qualification experience in the relevant field. Desirable Qualification & Experience/Job Responsibilities:
– Conduct laboratory tests, experiments, and analyses in support of SiB program objectives.
– Collaborate with researchers and scientists to perform various technical tasks.
– Maintain accurate records of experiments, data, and results.
– Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in the laboratory.
– Provide support in the development and implementation of research protocols.
– To assist in any other works like fields/site visits related to projects or other scientific/ technical activities.
Senior Technical Assistant
Master degree in Life Sciences/ Biochemistry/Biotechnology/ Microbiology with at least two years of post-qualification research experience in the field of Immunology research. Desirable Qualification: Experience in handling Immunological assays i.e. PBMCs isolation, thawing and surface and intracellular staining for Flow cytometry analysis. ELISA, CBA analysis etc. Preference will be given to the candidate having desirable qualification. Desirable Qualification & Experience/Job Responsibilities: Project Management, Preparation of reagents, thawing of PBMCs, Flow cytometry staining and samples acquisition. FACS data analysis and maintenance of data records.
Senior Technical Assistant
B.Sc in any branch of Life Sciences from the recognized University with three years of post- qualification experience in the relevant field. Desirable qualification/ experiences: Experiences in cell culture work/ immunological assays. Preference for a BSL3 experienced personnel Desirable Qualification & Experience/Job Responsibilities:
– To maintain cell culture and perform assays as per SOPs.
– To maintain the stocks and inventory of project.
– To perform existing established assays of the laboratory.
– BLS-3 related experimentation work.
Management Assistant
Graduation degree in any discipline or equivalent from the recognized university with one year of post qualification experience in the relevant field. Desirable Qualification & Experience/Job Responsibilities:
– Documentation, SOPs preparation, CDA and MoU development etc.
– Noting, Drafting and other secretarial work
Senior Technical Assistant
Professional graduate degree or equivalent from a recognized University with two year of post qualification experience in the relevant field. Desirable Qualification & Experience/Job Responsibilities: The Senior Technical Assistant is expected to facilitate coordination of the multi-partner, multi institution, consortia projects supported by the department in partnership. Considering the nature and scale of these projects, an ideal candidate will have following demonstrated qualities:
1. Should have training, understanding, and knowledge in broader areas of life sciences/biotechnology
2. Organize regular review meetings; make record notes, minutes of the meeting etc.
3. Should be comfortable with managing digital tools eg. virtual meeting platforms, PowerPoint presentations, MS Excel, monitoring dashboards, etc.
4. Good in written and verbal communication.
5. Preparation of administrative and scientific reports; summarize the information.
6. Ability to learn quickly and efficiently
Multi-Tasking Staff
High School or equivalent from the recognized board. Desirable Qualification & Experience/Job Responsibilities:
– Assist in routine office tasks such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and document organization.
– Handle incoming and outgoing mail and distribute it to the appropriate individuals or departments.
– Monitor and maintain cleanliness and orderliness in common areas.
– Assist in setting up meeting rooms and preparing for events.
Senior Project Associate
Graduate degree in any discipline from a recognized University. Desirable Qualification & Experience/Job Responsibilities:
– Project associated administrative works including communication with different institutes, funding agency, project staff.
– Should have training, understanding, and knowledge in broader areas of life sciences/biotechnology
– Organize regular review meetings; make record notes, minutes of the meeting etc.
– Should be comfortable with managing digital tools eg. virtual meeting platforms, PowerPoint presentations, MS Excel, monitoring dashboards, etc.
– Keep track of project activities and manage consolidation of scheduled updates on objectives and deliverables
– Note drafting, budgeting, responses to the financial queries and preparation of sanction orders
– Excellent time management skills and ability to work under short timelines
– Ability to learn quickly and efficiently
– Manage order, procurement & recording of Scientific consumable stocks of lab.
