- Social Mobilization: MSW / Masters in Rural Studies / MBA Rural Management with 3 years experience OR BSW / BA Rural Development with 5 years experience
- Accountant: B.Com with minimum 5 years experience in accounting, auditing & statutory compliance
- Information Technology (I.T / MIS): MCA / M.Tech (CS/IT) with 3 years experience OR BCA / B.Tech (CS/IT) with 5 years experience in MIS / software development
