- General Manager (C&P) (E-8): Engineering Graduate (Electrical / EEE / ECE / Civil / Mechanical / Solar / Power / Energy / Renewable Energy) with 60% marks + 22 years experience. Desirable: PG Diploma in Materials / Supply Chain / Logistics Management
- Deputy General Manager (Legal) (E-6): Graduate with 3-year LLB or 5-year Integrated LLB + 13 years experience. Desirable: LLM
- Dy Manager (EMD) (E-3): Full-time B.Tech/B.E. in Electrical / EEE / Solar / Renewable Energy / Power System with 60% marks + 4 years experience
- Deputy Manager (Engineering – Civil) (E-3): Full-time B.Tech/B.E. in Civil with 60% marks + 4 years experience
- Deputy Manager (IT) (E-3): Full-time BE/B.Tech/B.Sc (Engg) in Computer Science / IT or MCA with 60% marks + 4 years experience
- Accounts Officer (E-1): CA / CMA or 2-year full-time MBA (Finance) with 60% marks + 1 year experience
- Officer (HR & Admin.) (E-1): 2-year full-time MBA / PGDBM with specialization in HRM / IR / Personnel Management etc. with 60% marks + 1 year experience
