NTT DATA ServiceNow Developer – Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated ServiceNow Developer (Fresher) who has strong coding fundamentals and a passion for building solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate has knowledge of JavaScript or VBScript and a keen interest in IT Service Management (ITSM) processes. Key Responsibilities
- Assist in design, development, and configuration of applications on ServiceNow platform
- Support implementation of ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, Service Catalog)
- Develop client scripts, business rules, UI policies, UI actions, and workflows
- Collaborate with senior developers and functional teams for high-quality solutions
- Participate in testing, documentation, and deployment activities
- Continuously enhance skills through training, certifications, and hands-on learning
