Namakkal DHS Eligibility Criteria (As on 31.08.2026)
- Multipurpose Health Worker (Male) / Health Inspector Grade II:
- Must have passed Plus Two with Biology or Botany and Zoology
- Must have passed Tamil language as a subject in SSLC level
- Must possess two years MultiPurpose Health Worker (Male) / Health Inspector / Sanitary Inspector Course training offered by recognized Private Institution / Trust / Universities including Gandhigram Rural Institute, with training course certificate granted by the Director of Public Health and Preventive Medicine
- District Quality Consultant: Dental / AYUSH / Nursing / Social Science / Life Science Graduates with Master’s Degree in Hospital Administration / Public Health / Health Management (Full-time or equivalent) with 2 years experience in Health Administration. Desirable: Training/experience on NABH / ISO 9001:2008 / Six Sigma / Lean / Kaizen. Previous work experience in the field of health quality would be an added advantage.
- Audiologist – Speech Therapist (DEIC): Bachelor’s Degree in Speech and Language Pathology from any recognized university in India
- Special Educator for Behavioural Therapy (DEIC’s – One Stop Centre): Diploma / Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Special Education (D.Ed / B.Ed / M.Ed) from a UGC-recognized University with live RCI (Rehabilitation Council of India) registration.
- First priority: B.Ed / M.Ed specialization in Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) such as Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD), Specific Learning Disability (SLD), Intellectual Disability (ID), Mental Retardation etc.
- Second priority: B.Ed / M.Ed specialization in Visual Impairment (VI) / Hearing Impairment (HI)
- Third priority: Diploma in Special Education
