Graduation in any discipline from a UGC/AICTE-recognized university, completed between 01.06.2021 and 01.06.2025. Candidates must not have a running, terminated, or completed apprenticeship contract with any other organization.
Age Limit
20–25 years as of 01.09.2025 (born between 02.09.2000 and 01.09.2005, both inclusive).

LIC HFL Recruitment 2025 – Selection Process
Online Entrance Examination: Conducted by BFSI Sector Skill Council of India on 01.10.2025 in remote-proctored mode (via smartphone with front camera), assessing banking, finance, reasoning, aptitude, and digital literacy.
Document Verification: Conducted from 08.10.2025 to 14.10.2025 at LIC HFL offices. Candidates must provide original and scanned copies of educational certificates, age proof, ID proof, community certificate (if applicable), experience certificate (if any), and NOC (for Government/PSU employees).
Personal Interview: Conducted from 08.10.2025 to 14.10.2025 to assess qualifications, experience, and suitability for the apprenticeship program.
