Key Responsibilities

- Monitor and support the N4 Terminal Operating System (TOS) and related applications.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents under senior engineer guidance.

- Assist in EDI message deployment and partner configuration activities.

Business Intelligence (BI)
- Support Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions.

Infrastructure & Cloud Support
- Gain exposure to Windows and Linux server administration.
