Recruitment Overview
IOCL has invited online applications for 470 regular posts including Graduate Engineers across multiple disciplines, Officers in Marketing and Law, Assistant Quality Control Officers and Diploma Engineers. IOCL Recruitment 2026 – Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate Engineer in Grade ‘A’ (Engineering Disciplines): B.Tech / BE / Equivalent with minimum 65% marks (General/EWS/OBC-NCL) and 55% marks (SC/ST/PwBD). Eligible disciplines include Civil, Chemical, Electrical, Electronics & Communication, Mechanical, Instrumentation, Computer Science & IT (exact specializations as listed in notification).
- Officer (Law) in Grade ‘A’: Graduate Degree in any discipline + Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB) or 5-year Integrated LLB with minimum 60% marks (General/EWS/OBC-NCL) and 55% marks (SC/ST/PwBD) + 02 years work experience (as on 30.06.2026).
- Officer (Marketing) in Grade ‘A’: MBA / PG Diploma in Business Administration (equivalent to MBA) with specialization in Marketing Management with minimum 60% marks (General/EWS/OBC-NCL) and 55% marks (SC/ST/PwBD).
- Assistant Quality Control Officer in Grade ‘A0’: Master’s Degree in Chemistry / Inorganic / Organic / Analytical / Physical / Applied / Industrial Chemistry with minimum 60% marks (General/EWS/OBC-NCL) and 55% marks (SC/ST/PwBD) + 02 years work experience (as on 30.06.2026).
- Diploma Engineer in Grade ‘E0’: 3-year Diploma in Engineering with minimum 65% marks (General/EWS/OBC-NCL) and 55% marks (SC/ST/PwBD). Eligible disciplines: Electrical, Mechanical and Safety (with specified specializations).
