CPCL Recruitment 2025: Chennai Petroleum Corporation Limited (CPCL) has announced recruitment notification No: 01 of 2025 – CPCL/HRD:03:056 for 25 vacancies across various positions, including Engineer (Chemical), Engineer (Mechanical), Engineer (Electrical), Assistant Officer (Official Language), and Officer (HR). First Class Graduate Degree in Engineering / Technology in Chemical / Petroleum / Petrochemicals with not less than Sixty Percentage mark in aggregate of all semesters / years. ST/SC/PwBD candidates need to score a minimum Fifty Five Percentage against reserved positions.
Engineer (Mechanical)
First Class Graduate Degree in Engineering / Technology in Mechanical with not less than Sixty Percentage mark in aggregate of all semesters / years. ST/SC/PwBD candidates need to score a minimum Fifty Five Percentage against reserved positions.
Engineer (Electrical)
First Class Graduate Degree in Engineering / Technology in Electrical / Electrical & Electronics with not less than Sixty Percentage mark in aggregate of all semesters / years. ST/SC/PwBD candidates need to score a minimum Fifty Five Percentage against reserved positions.
Assistant Officer (Official Language)
A Master’s Degree from an accredited institution or its equivalent in Hindi with English as a subject at the degree level with not less than Sixty Percentage Marks in aggregate of all semesters / years.
Officer (HR)
Post Graduate Diploma / Degree in Human Resources Management / Personnel Management / Industrial Relations / Labour Welfare / Master of Social Work / Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA) or equivalent with specialization in Personnel Management & Labour Welfare / Human Resources from a recognized Indian University / Institute with not less than Sixty Percentage Marks in aggregate of all semesters / years. SC candidates need to score a minimum Fifty Five Percentage against reserved positions.
