Diploma or Certificate in catering from any recognised institution. Desirable to have Minimum one year working experience in catering as Instructor. Cook Matriculation or equivalent from recognised board. Must have Basic knowledge of Indian Cooking and proficiency in trade. Desirable to have one year experience in trade. MTS (Chowkidar) Matriculation or equivalent from recognised board. Should be proficient in relevant trade work. Civilian Motor Driver (OG) Matriculation or equivalent from recognised Institution. Must possess valid driving licence for both heavy motor vehicles(HMV) and light motor vehicles (LMV). Should have at least Minimum two years experience in driving motor vehicles. Cleaner Matriculation or equivalent tam recognised board. Should be proficient in relevant trade work. Fire Engine Driver Matriculation or equivalent from recognised board. Should be proficient In trade work. Must have at least Minimum three years experience of driving heavy vehicles and be in possession of valid driving licence.
