- B.Sc. Nursing / B.Sc. (Hons.) Nursing / Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing from a recognized Institute/University + Registered as Nurse & Midwife with State/Indian Nursing Council
- OR Diploma in General Nursing & Midwifery + Registered as Nurse & Midwife + 2 years experience in a minimum 50-bedded Hospital
