1. Infra Managed Services
- Manage infrastructure services and operations for on-premises and cloud-based technologies.
- Manage and operate infrastructure in line with service and experience level agreements.
- Maintain reliable and secure IT infrastructure.
- Identify ways to continually improve services and increase operational effectiveness.
2. Application / Cloud Support
- Support, monitor, and maintain applications and cloud computing systems.
- Apply technical knowledge to diagnose and resolve application issues.
3. Project Control Services
- Support projects in Technology Delivery Centers by tracking and managing PMO activities.
- Proactively monitor, manage, and report on execution of deliverables.
- Manage multiple stakeholders to align priorities and direction.
4. Low / No Code App Development
- Develop applications using low-code development platforms.
- Work with form builders, pre-built templates, drag-and-drop visual interfaces, and entity builders.
- Research and analyze internal business processes for optimization and automation.
5. Quality Engineering
- Create test designs, test processes, test cases, and test data.
- Design testing scenarios for usability testing.
- Prepare test reports and analyze results for the development team.
