- RMNCH Counsellor: Masters/Bachelors in Social Work / Psychology / Sociology / Home Science / Hospital & Health Management + 1-2 years experience
- Yoga and Naturopathy Doctor / Consultant: BNYS or MD (Yoga & Naturopathy)
- Ayurveda Doctor: BAMS or MD (Ayurveda)
- Attender (MPW) (Yoga and Naturopathy): 8th Pass with ability to read and write Tamil
- Siddha Doctor (PG): MD (Siddha)
- Yoga Professional: BNYS
- Siddha – Pharmacist: Diploma in Integrated Pharmacist (Govt. of Tamil Nadu certificate only)
- Siddha – Therapeutic Assistant: Diploma in Nursing Therapy (Govt. of Tamil Nadu certificate only)
- Data Assistant – Siddha: Graduation in Computer Application / IT / B.Tech / BCA / BBA / B.Sc + 1 year experience + Typing skills
- Laboratory Technician Gr-3: +2 with Biology + Diploma in Medical Lab Technology (DMLT) (Age: 30 years or below)
