| Level-2 | Passed 12th (+2 stage) from recognised board or its equivalent examination with not less than 50% marks in the aggregate. 50% marks are not to be insisted upon in case of ST/SC/ Ex-servicemen for NTPC categories. OR Passed Matriculation from recognised board plus Course Completed Act Apprenticeship for technician categories. Southern Railway Recruitment 2024 – Application Fee
- The examination fee is Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred only) for all candidates except those mentioned in sub-para 9.2 below with a provision for refunding 400/- to those who are found eligible as per the Advisement and who actually appear in the written Test after deducting the bank charges.
- The examination fee is Rs.250/- (Rupees Two Hundred Fifty only) for candidates belonging to Women/ SC/ST Persons with Disabilities (PWDs)/ Ex-servicemen/ Transgender/ Minorities and Economic Backward Classes with a provision for refunding the same to those who are found eligible as per the notification and who actually appear in the written Test after deducting the bank charges.
