RITES Recruitment 2025 – Selection Process
Written Test: Objective-type exam (90 minutes, 80 MCQs, +1 mark per correct answer, -0.33 for wrong answers) covering technical knowledge (Civil Engineering), general awareness, reasoning, and aptitude. Qualifying marks: 60% (UR/EWS), 50% (SC/ST/OBC/PwBD).
Interview: Shortlisted candidates (1:5 ratio) will face a personal interview assessing technical expertise and job suitability.
