Manager (Credit/Audit/Inspection/Compliance)
Minimum 4 years of experience as an officer in the Banks/ FIs/HFCs/Regulatory Bodies/Regulated Lending Entities of which minimum 2 years of experience in Compliance/Audit/Inspection/CreditRetail Lending.
Manager (Data Scientist)
Minimum 4 years of postqualification work experience as Data analyst/Data Scientist/Statistician in Corporates/Banks/ Financial Institutions/HFCs/PSUs/Regulatory Bodies/AIFIs.
Minimum 2 years of experience as an officer in the Banks/ FIs/ HFCs/Regulatory Bodies/Regulated Lending Entities in Compliance/ /Audit/Inspection/Credit-Retail Lending.
Deputy Manager (Data Scientist)
Minimum 2 years of post-qualification work experience as Data analyst/Data Scientist/Statistician in Corporates/Banks/ Financial Institutions/HFCs/PSUs/Regulatory Bodies/AIFIs.
The selection will be based on shortlisting and Interview. In case the number of candidates who apply and fulfil the eligibility criteria are more, a preliminary screening of the applications by the Screening Committee, will be carried out for short-listing eligible candidates to be called for the Interview. For the post of Manager & DM, if, in case, Bank receives higher number of applications, Bank will conduct onlineexamination of the candidates as qualifying test and candidates clearing the cut-off shall be called for interview. The examination pattern and testing methodology shall be notified separately.
