NABARD Recruitment 2026 – Eligibility Criteria
• Educational Qualification – Development Assistant (Group ‘B’): Candidates applying for the Development Assistant (Group ‘B’) post must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate. However, candidates belonging to SC / ST / PWBD / Ex-Servicemen categories are eligible with a pass class. The degree must be obtained from a recognised University or Institution established by an Act of Central or State Legislature in India or declared as a Deemed University under Section 3 of the UGC Act, 1956.
• Educational Qualification – Development Assistant (Hindi) (Group ‘B’): Candidates should hold a Bachelor’s Degree from a recognised University in English or Hindi medium, with Hindi and English as either compulsory or elective subjects, securing a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate (pass class for SC / ST / PWBD / Ex-Servicemen candidates). Alternatively, candidates who have completed a Bachelor’s Degree with Hindi and English as main subjects with the prescribed marks are also eligible. Applicants must be capable of translating from English to Hindi and vice versa.

• Development Assistant (Hindi) (Group ‘B’): Candidates must be between 21 and 35 years of age.
