Trade Apprentice – Attendant Operator (Chemical Plant) – Chemical Stream
Three years Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) (Maths, Physics, Chemistry or Industrial Chemistry)
Trade Apprentice (Fitter) – Mechanical Stream
Matric (10th) with ITI in Fitter Trade of minimum 2 years duration with Pass class
Trade Apprentice (Boiler) – Mechanical Stream

IOCL Recruitment 2025 – Stipend details
Apprentice
Rate of stipend payable to apprentices per month shall be as prescribed under Apprentices Act, 1961/1973, Apprentices Rules 1992/2019 as amended from time to time and Corporation’s guidelines.
How to apply for IOCL Recruitment of Apprentice Posts
Candidates willing to apply against the advertisement must register as a Technician/Trade Apprentice online in the following portals under the respective State as per their Trades below:
a) Trade Apprentice: Fitter/ Boiler/ Accountant / Secretarial Assistant/ Data Entry Operator at https://www.apprenticeshipindia.gov.in
b) Technician Apprentice: (Mechanical/Chemical/Electrical & Instrumentation) at https://nats.education.gov.in/student_register.php
Candidates meeting the prescribed eligibility criteria may LOGIN to the respective NATS/NAPS Portal using their User ID/Email ID and APPLY for the apprenticeship Openings/Opportunities with the Establishment ID of Indian Oil Corporation Limited
After applying against an opportunity in the respective NAPS/NATS Portal, the candidate must MANDATORITY complete their registration/application for apprentice positions in Indian Oil Refineries Division portal at www.iocrefrecruit.in. Option for exercising the choice of a Refinery unit has been provided in the application menu (on-line application portal) which shall open at 10.00 hours on 03-05-2025 and close at 17.00 hours on 02-06-2025.
