- Selection: Shortlisting based on normalized marks in the qualifying degree, followed by SSB interview (Stage I: Intelligence Test, Picture Perception, and Discussion; Stage II: Psychological Testing, Group Testing, and Interview) and medical examination. NCC ‘C’ certificate holders with ‘B’ Grade receive 5% relaxation in shortlisting cutoff.
