Job Description & Key Responsibilities
Overview
Support Lifecycle Services with Install Base (IB) Data Management tasks to enable business development, analysis, and reporting for Final Control Organization in MEA region. Focus on data collection, validation, cleaning, and opportunity identification.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Install Base data – collection, collation, validation, and sourcing (site walkdown, repair reports, obsolescence mapping, shipment data)
- Active database maintenance – update valve information, modifications, obsolescence replacements
- Perform quality assurance, data validation & cleaning
- Monitor team mailbox to source additional IB tag and part information
- Support Standard RSPPL generation and maintain spares database
- Capture insights from repair reports (upgrade recommendations, critical notes)
- Use site walkdown tools and support uploading process
- Transform historical paper-based scanned serials into searchable digital archives (Excel)
- Streamline manual processes using automation
- Generate reports from multiple systems and collaborate with departments
- Integrate tools to optimize data management workflows
