Eligible candidates can apply online via cdfd.org.in from 25.08.2025 to 30.09.2025 and send a signed hard copy with self-attested documents to The Head-Administration, Centre for DNA Fingerprinting and Diagnostics, Inner Ring Road, Uppal, Hyderabad – 500039, Telangana by 10.10.2025. First class B.Sc. with 5 years’ experience OR M.Sc. or equivalent with 2 years’ experience. Desirable: M.Sc. in Life Sciences with 1 year experience in Molecular Biology or related fields. Age: 30 years (as on 30.09.2025).
Technical Assistant
First class B.Sc./B.Tech. with 3 years’ experience OR Post Graduate in Science/Technology OR PG Diploma in Science/Technology with 1 year experience. Desirable: Hands-on experience in isolating DNA/RNA from animal/plant samples and proficiency in next-generation sequencing (NGS) technologies. Age: 30 years (as on 30.09.2025).
Junior Managerial Assistant
Graduate with minimum 3 years’ experience in Govt. Office, Public Body, or reputed organization (including private sector under Companies Act 1956 or Societies Act). Typewriting English 30 wpm, Shorthand English 80 wpm. Desirable: Knowledge of Central Govt. Rules, computerized accounting software. Admin: Management training preferred. Accounts: Commerce Graduates preferred. Stores: Stores work training/exposure preferred. Age: 25 years (as on 30.09.2025).
Junior Assistant – II
12th Class or equivalent from a recognized Board/University, with typing speed of 35 w.p.m. in English or 30 w.p.m. in Hindi on computer. Desirable: Knowledge of General Financial Rules, Central Govt. Accounting Rules, proficiency in MS Office, accounting packages. Age: 25 years (as on 30.09.2025).
Skilled Work Assistant – II
Matriculate or equivalent from a recognized Board/Institute. Desirable: 1 year experience in a Biological R&D Centre in preparing media, autoclaving, and assisting in experiments. Age: 25 years (as on 30.09.2025).
Age Relaxation: SC/ST: 5 years, OBC: 3 years, PwBD (Gen/EWS): 10 years, PwBD (SC/ST): 15 years, PwBD (OBC): 13 years, Ex-Servicemen: As per Govt. policy.
Note: Candidates must submit self-attested copies of educational certificates, experience certificates, and ID proof (e.g., Aadhaar, voter ID) with the hard copy application. Application fee: Rs. 200 (nil for ST/SC/Ex-S/PwD).

CDFD Recruitment 2025 – Selection Process
Written Test: Objective and descriptive questions to assess domain knowledge and general aptitude.
Interview: Candidates shortlisted from the written test will be called for an interview to evaluate suitability for the respective roles.
