Eligible candidates can apply online from 10.08.2025 to 31.08.2025 via www.brbnmpl.co.in. The selection process includes a written examination in Chennai (September/October 2025) and a skill test/personal interview. External: B.Tech/B.E. in Printing Technology/Printing Engineering with 60% marks (55% for SC/ST), 2 years’ experience in printing industry. Internal: B.Tech/B.E. in Printing with 2 years’ company service or Diploma in Printing with 10 years’ company service. Age not more than 31 years (as on 31.08.2025).
Deputy Manager – Electrical Engineering
External: B.Tech/B.E./AMIE in Electrical/Electrical & Electronics/Power Engineering with 60% marks (55% for SC/ST), 2 years’ experience in electrical division/maintenance/substations. Internal: B.Tech/B.E./AMIE in Electrical with 2 years’ company service or Diploma in Electrical with 10 years’ company service. Age not more than 31 years (as on 31.08.2025).
Deputy Manager – Computer Science Engineering
External: B.Tech/B.E./AMIE in Computer Science Engineering with 60% marks (55% for SC/ST), 2 years’ experience in software development/maintenance in CMMI level-5 organization. Internal: B.Tech/B.E./AMIE in Computer Science with 2 years’ company service or Diploma in Computer Science with 10 years’ company service. Age not more than 31 years (as on 31.08.2025).
Deputy Manager – General Administration
External & Internal: Graduation with 60% marks (55% for SC/ST) and Master’s/PG Diploma in Management/Business Administration/Personnel Management/Materials Management, 2 years’ experience (external) or 2 years’ company service (internal). Age not more than 31 years (as on 31.08.2025).
Process Assistant Grade-I (Trainee)
Diploma in Printing/Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics/Chemical Engineering with 55% marks (50% for SC/ST), 1 year experience in printing/pulp/paper/ink/paint industries; or ITI/NTC/NAC in Letter Press/Offset/Plate-making/Graphic Arts/Mechanic/Fitter/Electrician/AC with 55% marks (50% for SC/ST), 2 years’ experience (1 year apprentice for NAC). Age 18–28 years (as on 31.08.2025).
Age Relaxation: SC/ST: 5 years, OBC: 3 years, PwBD (Gen/EWS): 10 years, PwBD (SC/ST): 15 years, PwBD (OBC): 13 years, Ex-Servicemen: as per Govt. policy.
Note: Candidates must submit self-attested copies of educational certificates (B.Tech/B.E./AMIE/Diploma/ITI/Graduation/Master’s/PG Diploma), experience certificates, community certificate (if applicable), and ID proof (e.g., Aadhaar, voter ID). CGPA/OGPA grades must be converted to percentage. Ex-Servicemen must provide employer certificate for experience.

BRBNMPL Recruitment 2025 – Selection Process
Written Examination: Objective-type exam in Chennai (September/October 2025) testing technical knowledge, general aptitude, and relevant skills for the applied post.
Skill Test/Personal Interview: Shortlisted candidates will undergo a skill test (for Process Assistant) or personal interview (for Deputy Manager) to assess technical expertise and suitability.
Document Verification: Verification of educational certificates, experience certificates, community certificate (if applicable), and ID proof post-exam/interview.
