Indian Coast Guard Recruitment 2026 – Educational Qualification
1. Store Keeper Grade-II
- 12th Pass from a recognized Board or University
- One year experience in handling stores from any recognized firm / Central or State Government Organisation / PSU
2. Engine Driver
- Matriculation Pass from a recognized Board or equivalent
- Certificate of competency as Engine Driver from a recognized Government Institute or equivalent
- Desirable: Two years service as Sarang on a vessel of over 400 Boat Horse Power
3. Lascar
- Matriculation Pass or equivalent from a recognized Board
- Three years experience in service on a boat
4. Civilian Motor Transport Driver (Ordinary Grade)
- 10th Standard Pass
- Valid Driving Licence for both Heavy and Light Motor Vehicles
- Minimum 2 years driving experience
- Knowledge of Motor Mechanism (should be able to remove minor defects in vehicles)
5. MTS (MT Cleaner)
- Matriculation or equivalent pass
- Two years experience in a mechanical workshop
