Graduate + 2-year full-time PG Degree / PG Diploma / PG Program in Management with specialization in HR / Industrial Relations / Personnel Management OR MSW / MHROD / MBA (HR) from recognized University/Institute with minimum 60% marks. Computer knowledge essential. Degree in Law desirable.
