- Essential Qualification: Master’s Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology / Data Science / Statistics / Cyber Security / Public Policy / Business Analytics OR MBA / Post Graduate Diploma in Management in the specified sector with considerable field experience after highest qualification
- Desirable: Advanced diploma or degree in the above fields; published papers in the relevant field

- Excellent Analytical and Problem-solving skills
- Language Requirements: Excellent verbal and written English & Tamil with ability to communicate effectively in a multi-cultural environment
