- Computer Science: BE/B.Tech in Computer Science Engineering with 65% marks or CGPA 6.84 + Valid GATE score in CS & IT
- Civil: BE/B.Tech in Civil Engineering with 65% marks or CGPA 6.84 + Valid GATE score in Civil
- Electrical: BE/B.Tech in Electrical / Electrical & Electronics Engineering with 65% marks or CGPA 6.84 + Valid GATE score in Electrical
- Refrigeration & Air Conditioning: BE/B.Tech in Mechanical with AC & Refrigeration subjects + Valid GATE score in Mechanical
- Architecture: Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture with 65% marks or CGPA 6.84 + Valid Registration with Council of Architecture + Valid GATE score in Architecture & Planning
