SPMCIL Eligibility Criteria
- Deputy Manager (IT – Application Developer): 1st Class B.E/B.Tech in CS/IT/ECE with 60% + 3 years experience in C# / Java / JavaScript / ASP.NET / PHP
- Assistant Manager (HR): 1st Class Master’s Degree in PM & IR / MSW / MBA (HR) or equivalent PGDM
- Assistant Manager (F&A): B.Com + CA / ICWA
- Assistant Manager (MM): 1st Class Engineering Degree + PG Degree/Diploma/MBA in Material Management / Supply Chain
- Assistant Manager (IT): 1st Class MCA or B.Tech (Computer Engineering / IT)
- Assistant Manager (OL): 1st Class Master’s in Hindi or English + 2 years translation experience
- Assistant Manager (Safety): Engineering Degree / Diploma + Industrial Safety qualification + relevant factory experience
Age Limit (As on 24.08.2026)
- Deputy Manager: Maximum 35 Years
- Assistant Manager: Maximum 30 Years
Age Relaxation:
- SC/ST: +5 Years
- OBC (NCL): +3 Years
- PwD: +10/13/15 Years
- Ex-Servicemen: As per Govt. Policy
Pay Scale for SPMCIL
- Deputy Manager: Rs.50,000 – 1,60,000/-
- Assistant Manager: Rs.40,000 – 1,40,000/-
