Key Responsibilities
Provide L2/L3 product support & training to global customers
Update CRM & contribute to knowledge base articles
Execute small-medium customization projects on Hexagon PPM tools
Work with R&D/Product Management for customer feature requests
Certify fixes before release to customers
Act as bridge between customer and development teams
