Chennai OSC Recruitment 2025 – Eligibility Criteria
Centre Administrator
Master’s Degree in Social Work / Psychology; min. 4 years experience in government/NGO projects on prevention of violence against women + 1 year counselling experience. Only local women applicants. Must know driving. Rotational 24×7 duty may apply.
Senior Counselor
Master’s in Social Work (MSW) or M.Sc. (Counselling Psychology); min. 2 years administrative experience in projects related to protecting women from violence or 1 year relevant experience. Only local women applicants.
IT Administrator
Bachelor’s degree (B.Tech/B.Sc) + Diploma in Computers/IT; min. 3 years technical experience in data management, process documentation & web-based reporting. Only local women applicants.
Case Worker
Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work; min. 1 year experience in government/NGO projects preventing violence against women + 1 year counselling experience. Age limit ≤ 35. Only local women applicants. Must know driving. Rotational 24×7 duty.
Security Guard
10th Pass; prior experience as security staff in government/reputed institution; local resident. Only local women applicants. Rotational 24×7 duty.
Multi Purpose Helper
10th Pass; experience in office tasks, cooking & maintenance preferred. Only local women applicants. Rotational 24×7 duty.
