Risk Management (Scale II & III): Graduation in any discipline + Certificate/Diploma in Risk Management + 3–5 years experience in Risk Management, Credit, or Treasury.
IT Roles (e.g., Data Scientist, Java Developer, Database Administrator): B.Tech/B.E/M.Sc/MCA or equivalent + 3–12 years experience in IT/BFSI.
Treasury/Forex: Graduation in any discipline + relevant certifications + 3–12 years experience in Treasury/Forex.
Legal: LLB/LLM + 3–12 years experience in legal departments of banks/financial institutions.
Credit: Graduation/MBA/CA + 3–12 years experience in credit departments of banks.
Media & Public Relations: Graduation in Media/PR + 5–12 years experience.
