Technical Assistant B.Sc. in relevant descipline and Diploma in Electrical Engineering / Technology
Technician (1) SSC / 10th Standard / SSC and ITI certificate or national / state trade certificate in the concerned trade
Junior Secretariat Assistant (Finance and Accounts) 10+2/XII or its equivalent and proficiency in computer type speed and in using computers as per the prescribed norms fixed by DOPT from time to time.
