Two years of training in Multipurpose Health Worker (Male), Inspector, or Sanitary Inspector courses offered by reputable private institutions, trusts, universities, or prestigious institutions, like Gandhigram Rural Institute Training Course Certificate, are required by the Directorate of Public Health and Preventive Medicine.

1) For those who have acquired Auxiliary Nurse Midwife/Multi- Purpose Health Worker (Female ) Course. 2) For individuals who obtained a qualification as an auxiliary nurse midwife or multipurpose health worker (female) after November 15, 2012, plus two years of experience in these roles. 3) Possessing a Tamil Nadu Nurses and Midwives Council registration certificate, and 4) Being physically fit for camp life.
