DHS Tenkasi Recruitment 2025: Tenkasi District Health Society (DHS) has announced a recruitment notification for 06 vacancies in various roles, including Physiotherapist, Audiologist & Speech Therapist, Optometrist, Early Interventionist – Special Educator – Social Worker, Psychologist, Lab Technician, and Part-time Yoga Instructor (Male & Female). Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy from any recognized university in India
Audiologist & Speech Therapist
An undergraduate degree in speech and language pathology from any accredited Indian institution
Optometrist
Bachelor’s degree in Optometry or Masters in Optometry from any recognized university in India
Early interventionist – Special Educator – Social Worker
M.Sc. in disability studies (early intervention) with a foundational degree in occupational therapy (BOT), speech language pathology (ASLP), physiotherapy (BPT), or MBBS/BAMs/BHMs (OR) Post Graduate Diploma in Early Intervention (PGDEI) with a foundational degree in occupational therapy (BOT), speech language pathology (ASLP), or B.Ed. special education/bachelor of mental retardation (To continue providing services within six months of joining, an early interventionist must pass an exam measuring their foundational understanding of the child development process in order to be eligible for a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in optometry from any accredited Indian university.)

Master’s degree in Child/ Adolescent Psychologist or Child Psychologist from any recognized University
Lab Technician
Passed Diploma or a Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Technician from any recognized university
