What We’re Looking For

• 0–3 years of software engineering experience (Frontend, Backend or Full-Stack)
• Strong fundamentals in Data Structures, Algorithms & Problem Solving
• Experience with JavaScript/TypeScript and modern frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js)
• Backend experience with Node.js, Python, Java, or similar
• Knowledge of databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis)
• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD, Docker, and Cloud platforms
• Strong learning mindset and curiosity about AI tools
• Exposure to Kubernetes, Kafka, or distributed systems is a plus
