IIM Trichy Recruitment 2025 – Eligiblity Details
| Assistant Professor (Grade – II) |
Should have Ph.D. with first class at the preceding degree or equivalent in the appropriate branch with a very good academic record throughout. |
| Assistant Professor (Grade-I) |
Should have Ph.D. with first class at the preceding degree or equivalent in the appropriate branch with a very good academic record throughout and at least three years of relevant post Ph.D. teaching/research/industrial experience. |
| Associate Professor |
Should have a Ph.D. with first class at the preceding degree or equivalent in the appropriate branch with a very good academic record throughout and a minimum of six years relevant post Ph.D. teaching/research / industry experience, of which, at least three years should be at the level of Assistant Professors or equivalent. |

A Ph.D. with first class at the previous degree or its equivalent in the relevant field, a strong academic record, and at least ten years of post-Ph.D. experience are required., with a minimum of four years spent at an Associate Professor level at IITs, IISc, IIMs, or IISER, or at a comparable Indian or international institution/ institutions of comparable standards. Should have relevant high teaching, research, training and consulting credentials. |
