Bachelor’s Degree in Child Psychology or Psychology or Law or Social Work or Sociology or Human Health or Education or Human Development or Special Education from a recognized university. Minimum 7 years of experience in child welfare, child rights, or juvenile justice, preferably in CWC, JJB, or NGOs working with children. |
- Desirable: Active involvement in child protection activities for at least 7 years. Knowledge of Tamil (reading, writing, speaking) and familiarity with the Juvenile Justice Act, 2015.
