- Written Examination: Objective-type exam in Chennai (September/October 2025) testing technical knowledge, general aptitude, and relevant skills for the applied post.
- Skill Test/Personal Interview: Shortlisted candidates will undergo a skill test (for Process Assistant) or personal interview (for Deputy Manager) to assess technical expertise and suitability.
